Reporting a problem

Include these and it can usually be fixed quickly:

• The share link from the Export tab. It carries the exact area and settings.
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
• Your browser and device, for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone".
• For print problems: which file you exported, which slicer, and a screenshot.

Security reports

If you find a security problem with this site, email the address above with "security" in the subject. Please do not publish details until it is fixed. The site is static, has no accounts and stores no user data, so the realistic surface is small, but reports are still welcome.

Before you write

The FAQ covers blank maps, missing buildings, imports, print bed sizes and file formats. If the map is blank, read the connection check card on the map page first: it names what your network is blocking.

Data corrections

Missing buildings, roads, forests or footpaths come from OpenStreetMap, and anyone can fix them at openstreetmap.org. Edits show up here within a day or two. Wrong elevation comes from the elevation datasets and cannot be fixed from this site.
